BOOKING A TABLE IS NICE AND EASY – PLEASE FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS :
Please note: This is a trading card event and therefore only trading card vendors or vendors with items related to Trading Card themes should be selling at the event. If you are in any doubt as to whether you qualify, please call to discuss.
1). Chose a preferred and a secondary location on the map for where you would like your table/s (Tables already taken will be greyed out). Click on image to expand the view.

2). Email us the following details :

Whether you want to hire any backing tables and if so, how many
What you sell
3). We will reply to your email with confirmation of your location and also total to pay, along with bank details to make the payment.
4). Please email us once payment has been made and we will then confirm it has been received and you are then all booked in for the event.
Table selection is on a first come, first served basis. All tables are the same price in the hall. Booth spaces obviously allow a lot more space to make a bigger or more bespoke set up.
